What can you do if a bank wire withdrawal has not been received yet?
If we have made a bank wire transfer to you, and you have not received it within 5 business days, you can initiate a trace with your bank to work out where the funds are.
To start this process, we will need to provide you with the SWIFT MT103 message associated with this wire transfer. We will obtain this from our bank.
Once you have received the MT103, you will need to forward it to your bank to conduct the trace. Please note that it can also take a few days for the bank to conduct the trace.
