To make a bank deposit, you can access the deposit instructions from various places in the client portal.
1. The deposit icon
2. The funding page
3. The deposit section on the dashboard page
When you access the deposit options, you will need to first select the account you wish to deposit into to.
After that, you will need to choose the Bank Transfer option and then click Confirm.
Now you will be able to choose BIC/SWIFT or ABA to see the corresponding banking details.
(You may have different options for other currencies)
Please ensure to input the transfer reference when making the transfer from your bank as this will ensure that your deposit is processed in a timely fashion.
You can also upload your receipt and Save it so that we know you have initiated a deposit to your account.
