To meet compliance requirements, our platform mandates immediate email verification and login upon successful registration. Please note that two-factor authentication is enabled by default after registration and cannot be disabled for compliance reasons.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is automatically set up with email verification, but you can enhance your security by switching to a one-time password option that utilizes an authenticator app. To do this, you will need to install an authentication app on your device, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, and follow the provider's instructions.
Setting up Two factor authentication - One time password factor via authenticator app
To make the change, go your Security settings in the client portal from the profile menu at the top right corner.
From the Security settings, choose the One time password factor under the Two factor verification methods.
You will then need to scan the QR code from your authenticator app to link the account. Once you have done that click Next.
The app will then display a verification code that you need to enter on the webpage to complete the authentication.
Finally click on Update, and the new Two factor option will be saved.
You will need to use the app to generate verification codes when logging in to the client portal and other actions requiring higher security, such as:
- Adding a new withdrawal bank or cryptocurrency wallet
- Submitting a withdrawal request
- Applying for a new forex or rebate account
