If you forget your MT4 or MT5 password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:

Log in to the Client Portal: Access your account by logging into the client portal.

Navigate to the MT4/5 Account Section: Click on "MT4/5 Accounts" in the left panel.

Select Your Trading Account: Locate the trading account for which you wish to change the password. Click on the "..." icon in the top right corner of the account details.

Change Password: Select "Change Password" from the dropdown menu.

Master Password has trading ability, which needs to be used to be able to place trades.

Investor Password is a read-only password, therefore does not have trading ability.

Modify Your Password: Enter your new password as prompted.

Password should be 5-15 length and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one special symbol and one digit.

Save Changes: Confirm your changes to successfully update your trading account password.
