What can you do if a bank wire deposit has not been received yet?
If you have made a bank wire transfer to us, and we have not received it within 5 business days, we can initiate a trace with our bank to work out where the funds are.
To start this process, you will need to provide us with the SWIFT MT103 message associated with this wire transfer. You can obtain this by contacting your bank.
Once we have received the MT103, we will forward it to our bank to conduct the trace. Please note that it can also take a few days for the bank to conduct the trace.
