If you are an individual account and the funds come from your business, we need to verify your corporation's credentials and convert your personal trading account into a corporate account to ensure that the funding bank account matches your profile. If you do not wish to change to a corporate account, we will return the funds to the depositing bank account.

If you are an individual account and the funds come from your partner, we will need you to provide your partner's ID document for KYC verification. Once approved, we will convert your trading account into a Joint account. If you do not want to change your trading account, we will return the funds to the depositing bank account.

If you have a corporate account and the funds come from the personal bank account of the company owner, this is acceptable.

If you have a corporate account and the funds come from another company's bank account, this is not acceptable, and we will need to return the funds to the depositing bank account.
