When making a withdrawal, follow these steps:
- Click on the 'Withdraw' button from the dashboard page to easily access the Withdrawal page.
- If you do not have a withdrawal account set up yet, you will need to add a new withdrawal account.
- Once you have a withdrawal account, you can proceed to start your withdrawal request. Fill in the details on the withdrawal form and click 'Confirm' to submit your withdrawal request.
The withdrawal request will be forwarded to our finance team for processing at the earliest opportunity. An email will be sent once approved and processed.
The reason we ask you to submit your withdrawal account details now is to make things smoother for you later.
Once your account is verified in advance, your next withdrawal can be processed quickly and without any delays or disruptions.
