If you’ve deposited funds using a credit card, we will prioritize refunding that amount back to your credit/debit card. Follow these steps to request a card refund:
How to Request a Card Refund:
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Select "Withdrawal."
- In the pop-up window:
- Choose the account number you wish to withdraw from.
- Click the dropdown menu and select 'Worldpay Refund'.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- In the Comment section, write "Credit Card Withdrawal."
Our Settlements team will review your request and verify eligibility for a credit card refund based on your deposit and withdrawal history.
Scenario 1: First-Time Credit Card Withdrawal
If you deposited $1,500 via credit card and your account balance is now $4,500 ($1,500 principal + $3,000 profit), you can request the full $4,500. This will be processed as two transactions:
- $1,500 refunded to your credit card.
- $3,000 transferred to your bank account via wire transfer.
Our Settlements team will request your bank details during the processing of your request.
Scenario 2: Subsequent Credit Card Withdrawals
If you initially deposited $1,500 via credit card, and your balance grew to $4,500 ($1,500 principal + $3,000 profit), but you’ve already withdrawn the $1,500 principal via credit card, leaving $3,000 in your account:
If your balance then increases to $4,000 (all profit) and you request a $4,000 credit card withdrawal, the entire amount will be processed as a wire transfer, since credit card refunds cannot exceed the original deposit amount.

The withdrawal request will be forwarded to our Settlements team for processing at the earliest opportunity. An email will be sent once approved and processed.
