- Login to the client portal
- From the Dashboard, click on the NOWPayments option.
You will be re-directed to the deposit page to initiate your request.
- Choose the NOWPayments Widget
- Choose your Account to deposit into
- Choose the currency USD
- Enter your $ amount
- Click the "Confirm" button at the bottom right of the page
- On the next page, click the NOWPayments button
- Choose your payment currency on the drop down menu then click confirm
- A new pop-up window will appear, displaying the QR code and wallet address where you can send your funds.
Note: If the pop-up window does not appear, you may need to enable pop-ups in your web browser settings.
You may then copy the wallet address or use the QR code to send funds from your external wallet or exchange.
Please make sure to review and follow the Key Things to Note provided before proceeding with the transaction.
Once the transaction has been confirmed on the relevant blockchain, the deposit should be allocated to your trading account shortly thereafter.
Please note: Each wallet address provided is intended for one-time use only. For any additional deposits, you will need to initiate a new deposit request to generate a new wallet address.
