There are two ways to change your client portal password.
Option 1 – Perform a password reset. On the client portal login page, select the "Forgot your password? Reset here" option to generate a password reset email.
After entering your email and clicking "Send," check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folders, as the email may sometimes be misdirected. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
Option 2 – Change your password from within the client portal. After logging in, click on the icon at the top right corner, which displays your initials, and navigate to the "Security" section.
You will be directed to the Security page, where you can update your client portal password.
