To close your trade account, please follow these steps:

Contact customer support: Send an email request to the customer support team at service@oxsecurities.com using the email address registered on your account profile.

Close any open trades: Before your account can be closed, make sure to close any active trades.

Withdraw remaining funds: If you have any funds in your account, submit a withdrawal request and wait for it to be processed.
Once all trades are closed and funds are withdrawn, the customer support team will proceed with your account closure request.
