Your order may not have closed despite reaching the Take Profit level for several reasons:

Ask/Bid Price Difference: For Buy orders, the Take Profit is triggered based on the Bid price, while for Sell orders, it is triggered based on the Ask price. If you are looking at the chart, which usually shows the Bid price, it’s possible that the Ask price did not reach your Take Profit level, especially if there was a large spread.

Market Volatility: In highly volatile market conditions, price fluctuations can be rapid. If the market briefly touched your Take Profit level but did not stay there long enough for execution, the order may not have been filled.
You can turn on the Ask line to further help visualize where the Ask price, however, this only shows you where the Ask price is in real time.
To turn on the Ask line:

Right-click anywhere on the chart

Select Properties, then the Common tab

Tick Show Ask Line and hit OK
